Omicron Gamma held 6 meetings this year.

Oct. 15, 2013: Bullying - Understanding & Prevention (REQUIRED PROGRAM)

Jan. 28, 2014: Teen Maze - Strengthening Self-Esteem
Feb. 18, 2014: The Internet & the Professional
Apr. 15, 2014: Presenting Yourself Well in the Professional World

2. Campus or community projects, activities, or events:

December 2013 - organized department-wide food drive for Ames Food Pantry
March 2014 - participated in Teen Maze, a week-long event sponsored by Youth & Shelter Services to prevent delinquent behaviors in juvenile populations

3. Tentative plans for next year

Continued involvement in raising bullying awareness & preventative programs for juvenile populations. We anticipate partnering again with Teen Maze in Spring of 2015.

We plan to hold 6 chapter meetings and 3 officer meetings (including an officer's initiation meeting). Our annual pinning and initiation ceremonies will take place in April of 2015. We will participate in VEISHEA, a campus and community tradition, with a table display for visitors as well as by having members represent our group in the parade.
