1. Meetings for the year, identifying Required Program:

10/6/2014: talked about Facebook page, upcoming activities, fall initiation
11/3/2014: Initiation, new officers, and the Facebook page
12/2/2014: Happy Factory in January as service project, other ideas for February and March
1/21/2015: talked about our happy factory activity, our February activity heart attack, game night in march, started going over our t-shirt idea for fundraising, talked about selling the quilt
2/4/2015: Went over February activity, started talking about spring initiation, went over update on the T-shirt and quilt, started going over contacting new members
3/4/2015: list of people to send out e-mails, new officers, update on the T-shirts
4/1/2015: talked about induction, talked about calling all of the initates

3. Tentative plans for next year

In our club we have goals to complete two service projects for the year. One in the spring and one in the fall. We also would like to have an activity every month to promote unity in the club and keep our members active in our membership. As a presidency, we would like to meet once a month and also have two initiations in the school year. One in the spring and one in the fall.
