Number of Kappa Omicron Nu student members at end of academic year: 18, including 9 initiate members.

Kappa Delta Rho held 7 meetings this year.

1. Meetings for the year, identifying Required Program:

2/9/13-new Kappa member induction
3/1/13-discussion of: the need for officers, portfolio workshop (required program), next year's fundraiser, cords & medallions for graduates, and member dues
4/19/13-portfolio workshop (required program)
4/20/13-portfolio workshop (required program)

2. Campus or community projects, activities, or events:

On 4/19/13 senior Kappa members gathered to display (according to major) their professional portfolio for all undergraduates in Family & Consumer Sciences. The purpose of the portfolio workshop is to inform undergraduate students of the process of compiling a professional portfolio. Attendance records indicate that 4 freshman, 1 sophomore, 9 juniors, and 1 senior attend this event. In addition, 1 FACS education major, 2 Fashion Merchandising majors, 1 FACS general major, 2 Interior Design majors, and 8 Dietetics majors attended. There were no Child Development majors in attendance. The gathering on 4/20/13 was a pilot program to allow underclassmen to begin the compilation process for their portfolios.

3. Tentative plans for next year

For the 2013-2014 academic year, a new adviser was appointed. Catherine Anstrom stepped down as Kappa adviser and gave the responsibility to Debbie Kimberlin. The annual fundraiser will be conducted during the fall semester and the required program will be the portfolio workshop which will take place in February 2014.
